(This is Amaya Attila from an RP I made at my forum. I used flat colors (no shades or highlights) on most of the picture besides her sword and her eye. My style is changing drastically once again but I like this picture. I'm especially fond of the pants and the hair. ^o^ I'm aware that her sword doesn't make much sense but think of it as a very weird lightsaber, because that is essentially what it is.

Also, note that this character was previously called The Queen of Clubs in a series of drawings I'm doing, which features all of the cards from a standard playing deck of cards. I had to use her though as a picture for my character in the RP because I suck at describing physical appearances with text)

time taken: num. 2 pencil - 30 minutes (this is my first time drawing this character, so it was hard to come up with an outfit), open canvas - roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes or so (mostly picking out colors, erasing things and changing the line-art a billion times, it also didn't help that I couldn't find my tablet pen so I did this all by mouse)

(I really like using traditional mediums because they're somewhat easier, atleast to me they are. Doing stuff on the compy takes too much time. x_x Ah yes, this is Wifey, the creator of AR.))

(Aint she adorable? >w< Shes the kid form of a character I made last night~ The adult form is even rather adorable. I loved drawing her and I went for a different effect with the coloring. I was going for a softer look but I still need some practice.)

Heya! I'm Lindsey Vegh, a 15 year old anime artist aiming to become a professional manga-ka in Japan~ I hope you'll enjoy my art.

I've been drawing seriously since mid 2003, however when I was a small child I drew stick figures but I don't think that counts. I've only been using digital art programs for a year now and I haaatteeee coloring my pictures. It gets very difficult but everyone insists that I do so. How tiresome.
